Sustainable Business Consultant and Coach

Hello! Thanks for being here.

 

I spent my childhood chasing chickens and eating primarily off of an organic farm. 

I have always been deeply interested in human impact on the environment, and what beliefs shape business decisions and workplace culture. 

Throughout my career, I worked for mission-driven companies that were focused on bringing positive environmental and social impact to the world but internally they did not have robust people management systems to keep their employees feeling supported, well-resourced, and productive. 

 

This looked like lack of training, onboarding policies, and coaching that continually supported employees in their growth. This looked like not having a clear channel to elicit employee feedback leading to unhappy workers. External consultants were hired to mend the process but employees weren't allowed to spend time in the process of evolution, leading to high attrition. Start-ups and SMEs go through high amounts of change in a short time and I want to help startups turn their most expensive problems into their biggest assets; their people. 

 

Innovative companies that are working to solve some of the world's greatest challenges can be struggling internally in a way that can break down their progress rapidly.  

During my MBA in Sustainability and Social Justice from Presidio Graduate School, I worked with five different companies going through changes in their company from restaurants sourcing from more sustainable food vendors, forming new revenue generating models to fight wildfire risk, and expanding market reach for business accelerator services for black and brown business owners in East Oakland. 

Third Eye Sustainability helps organizations develop healthy internal cultures so that they can continue to scale their impact without losing money through retention. Third Eye Sustainability helps create or alter existing systems, policies, and procedures to create environments that help employees feel supported, boosting engagement and increased quality of a work output.
